JamesVale Recruitment Pty. is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor for metal roofing projects in NSW. The role focuses on maintaining high workmanship, WHS compliance, and customer satisfaction on site.

You will coordinate trades, inspect work, liaise with site contacts, and oversee repairs from start to finish. The position offers permanent employment with benefits, including a vehicle and phone, with a salary between $80,000 and $90,000 plus super.

The Company

The Company is a well-recognised industry leader that specialises in domestic and commercial metal roofing, roof replacements, insulation, guttering, ventilation and wall cladding projects with expertise in their superior quality of workmanship and services.

About the Position

To ensure maintenance of metal roofs are conducted within the scope of works, WH&S guidelines and deadlines set by operations manager. To maintain and manage all defects and repairs to the highest quality standards, high quality customer support and customer satisfaction throughout the job process.

Additionally, to provide site inspection, repairs and maintenance, sign off (completion of works) and reporting services in a timely and professional manner.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising projects, along with experience in planning ahead and coordinating tradesmen to ensure projects run according to the company requirements. Further to this the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience Supervising on Commercial/ Residential Building sites.
  
• The ability to coordinate projects effectively.
  
• Experience liaising with site contacts regarding job progress.
  
• A strong focus on managing customer complaints positively (or refer to Operations Manager if not resolved).
  

The Benefits

The Company will offer the successful candidate an hourly rate of between $80,000-$90,000 plus superannuation, vehicle and phone. They are interested in upskilling their staff with tickets and industry licenses to further their skills, if necessary.
