UGL Pty Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of five fitters and two electricians across Queensland Defence fuel infrastructure. The Opportunity Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 5 Fitters and 2 Electricians supporting Defence fuel infrastructure across Queensland. Based at RAAF Amberley, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinating subcontractors, tracking KPIs and ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on people management and development. You'll be coaching and supporting your team while working closely with Defence stakeholders and internal teams to meet contract requirements. The role is heavily KPI-driven, balancing preventative maintenance targets with reactive maintenance response times. Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills will be essential. While the role is primarily based at Amberley, there will be occasional travel to Oakey and limited travel to other Defence sites as required. A structured handover will be provided by the current incumbent.
