For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor for Cardinia. You will lead maintenance operations, ensure safety and comfort, and minimise contractor reliance in a not-for-profit, purpose-driven environment.

The role requires strong leadership, facility maintenance expertise, and a collaborative approach with residents and staff. Join a team that prioritises wellbeing, growth, and service across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance.
• Understanding of OH&S, Fire and Evacuation legislation.
• Ability to handle a range of maintenance tasks, tools and equipment.
• Willingness to assist with occasional after hours work.
• Strong communication skills and respect for residents and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and make cost and prioritisation decisions.
• Genuine empathy and leadership to inspire your team.
• Tech savvy with digital record keeping and communication tools.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations ensuring preventive and reactive tasks are completed efficiently while minimising contractor use.
• Work week: Monday to Friday, with support from the General Manager of Property and Property and Procurement Officer.
