Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Plumber (minimum Cert III in Plumbing).
• Plumbing licence preferred or working towards.
• Proven experience in maintenance plumbing, TMV, RPZ, and backflow experience ideal.

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across commercial properties.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks and blockages.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to Australian Standards.

Maintenance Plumber opportunity working on commercial maintenance contracts, with the occasional strata jobs with large amounts of overtime available.

Maintenance Plumber opportunity with a Sydney based company. This role will focus primarily on commercial maintenance works across sites such as schools, shopping centres, offices, hospitals, and government buildings, with some strata maintenance work as required.

The Role

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across commercial properties
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, fixtures, and general maintenance
• Work independently across multiple sites throughout Sydney metro
• Complete job reports and compliance documentation
• Liaise with clients, facilities managers, and site contacts
• Ensure all works are completed safely and to Australian Standards

About You

• Trade‑qualified Plumber (minimum Cert III in Plumbing)
• Plumbing licence preferred (or working towards)
• Proven experience in maintenance plumbing (TMV, RPZ, and backflow experience ideal)
• Exposure to commercial and / or strata environments
• Strong fault‑finding skills and ability to work autonomously
• Current driver's licence
• Professional communication and presentation
