As a Maintenance Operative, your focus will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, and applying basic fixes to equipment and systems while ensuring facilities are fully functional. You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs, including electrical, plumbing, joinery, and building tasks both inside and outside the home. Additionally, you will support new residents to arrange their rooms, ensure routine re‑decoration is undertaken, and provide an out‑of‑hours emergency service.
