Keyton in Mona Vale (Pittwater Village) invites a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team. You will help keep our retirement living community running smoothly and provide excellent customer service to residents.
This full-time role focuses on maintenance tasks, safety, and teamwork. You will work Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts and report to the Village Manager.

As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving.
The successful candidate will support the close-knit team on a Full-time basis, from Monday to Friday. No weekend work!
Reporting to the Village Manager, your duties will include;
The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant, handyman, gardener, tradesperson or trade assistant or experience in a similar role, as well as:
Relevant internal training and inductions will be provided to the successful candidate on-site.
Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check & will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of May-November, with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles, pre-employment medical assessments will also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
