Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Officer for RFBI Dubbo Masonic Village on a casual basis. The role covers responsive and proactive maintenance, including building and garden upkeep to create a homely environment for residents.

The successful candidate will have a trade qualification or extensive maintenance/gardening experience, a strong focus on WH&S, a First Aid certificate, and a valid driver’s licence, along with empathy for older adults living in

• Trade qualification and/or extensive experience in general maintenance & gardening.
• Knowledge of WH&S responsibilities.
• First Aid Certificate and a Current Driver’s Licence.
• Empathy for older people living in residential care and retirement village settings.
• Willingness to participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement.
