Job summary

Cityviews Property Services Pty Ltd – Melbourne VIC is seeking an experienced carpenter/maintenance person for general maintenance and repairs across CBD locations. This role is approximately 3 days per week or as required, with flexible hours and ongoing work available.

Responsibilities include carpentry work, plastering and painting, and maintaining high standards of workmanship while ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Carpentry and general maintenance experience, including plastering and painting.
• Reliable, practical and able to work independently.
• Own tools.
• ABN preferred.

• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• References required.
