Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking a Maintenance Fitter for our O'Connor, WA site. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to keep operations safe, reliable and efficient.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, supporting reliability and continuous improvement across the site. Ideal candidates hold a mechanical fitting trade cert or are in final year of apprenticeship, with licenses (forklift, EWP, confined spaces) and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Trade certification in mechanical fitting or related trade.
• Licenses: forklift, EWP, confined spaces.
• Experience in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance across site and facilities.
• Diagnose faults to minimise downtime and maintain operational performance.
• Install, service, repair, and overhaul manufacturing machinery, conveyors, pumps, and associated equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and opportunities for improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support planned shutdowns, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
