We're looking for a Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our high-performing maintenance team on an equal-time 12-hour day / night roster . This is a hands-on role supporting a fast-paced, highly automated production environment—perfect for a mechanically-minded tradesperson who thrives on problem solving and plant reliability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance across bakery machinery, conveyors, ovens, provers and utilities
• Mechanical fault finding, diagnostics and repair of automated plant and equipment (conveyor systems, pneumatics, motor / gearboxes, pumps etc)
• Supporting production teams to maximise uptime, reliability and safety
• Identifying and implementing equipment improvement opportunities
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused maintenance culture on shift

What You Bring

• Mechanical Fitter / Trade Qualification (mandatory)
• Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding and mechanical diagnostics capability
• Experience with conveyors, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, motors
• A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong communication skills
