Job summary

West Property Maintenance is seeking a multi-skilled tradesman to service the Brisbane and Gold Coast area. You will work with your own hours and must have an ABN, own tools and vehicle. A QBCC contractor licence would be advantageous.

Applicants should be experienced in carpentry, plastering, flooring and painting, handling a large variety of work across the service area.

Qualifications

• ABN holder and own tools; QBCC licence would be advantageous.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in Brisbane/Gold Coast area.
• Multi skilled across carpentry, plastering, flooring and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of trades tasks across carpentry, plastering, flooring and painting in Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
• Manage own hours and work independently with ABN.
