Job summary

Staff 360 is seeking two Machinery Operators for a large-scale family farming operation west of Moree, NSW. You will operate tractors and GPS-guided cropping machinery across cotton and cereal crops, with irrigation duties as the season progresses.

Ideal candidates have practical tractor experience, basic servicing skills, and the ability to work independently or in pairs. The role offers great wages and accommodation, with 3–6 month seasonal contracts starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Good practical experience operating tractors and cropping machinery (including GPS-guided equipment).
• Familiarity with GPS and guidance systems.
• Mechanical awareness and basic servicing skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Willingness to assist with irrigation and physical farm work.
• Flexibility to work longer hours during busy periods.

Farm Machinery Operators – Summer Cropping | 2 Positions

West of Moree, NSW | Immediate Start

Two positions are available with a large-scale family farming operation west of Moree, NSW, working across cotton and cereal cropping.

The roles focus on tractor and cropping machinery operation, including cultivation, ripping and cotton planting, alongside irrigation and general farm duties as the season progresses. We are looking for capable operators who enjoy varied work and are happy to lend a hand on the ground.

The work includes:

• Operating tractors and modern GPS-guided cropping machinery
• Cultivation, ripping and paddock preparation
• Cotton planting and general cropping operationsHands-on irrigation during the cotton season
• Wheat harvest ground crew support
• Machinery servicing, preventative maintenance and general farm duties

We are looking for:
