We are looking for reliable, motivated Machine Operators to join a busy and growing operation. This is a long-term opportunity for people who want consistent work, great earning potential and the chance to build a career with a stable team.

We’re ideally looking for candidates with previous machine operating experience. However, experience isn't everything. If you have the right attitude, strong mechanical aptitude, a great work ethic and a reliable approach to work, we want to hear from you.

The Role
You’ll be working in a busy production environment, operating machinery and supporting the wider team to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The roster is a rotating weekly roster:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 4:00am – 4:00pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 4:00am
• Rotating between AM and PM week

Overtime opportunities available every week with occasional Saturdays as production volumes increase.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and being part of a productive team.

What We’re Looking For
Experience is highly regarded, but we're also happy to train the right person.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in how machinery works

• The ability to follow procedures and work safely

• A willingness to work the rotating AM/PM roster
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when required
• Forklift and maintance oppourtunites also availble as part of these roles if you have the skills.
