Job summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce in Wacol, Brisbane region, is seeking reliable Machine Operators and Forklift Operators for a well-established manufacturing site. You will operate production machinery, handle forklift duties, and assist with general production tasks.

This role offers daytime shifts Monday to Thursday 4:00am–2:30pm with overtime, consistent work, and opportunities to build skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operating or laboring experience.
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, including slurry, dehacker and grading machines.
• Perform forklift duties, including loading/unloading trucks and moving stock around the yard.
• Move wet tiles into the kiln and transport pallets from production to the yard.
• Assist with general production, labouring and cleaning duties.
• Stack pallets and handle finished products.
• Machine duties will be discussed during the site walkthrough based on your preference and suitability.

Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators and Forklift Operators to join a well-established manufacturing site in Wacol.

Our client specializes in manufacturing bricks and cement products and offers consistent work, competitive pay and opportunities to develop your skills.

What’s on offer:

$34 - $36 P/H

Monday to Thursday 4:00am – 2:30pm

Frequent overtime available for those interested in earning some extra $$

What you’ll be doing:

Operating production machinery, including slurry, dehacker and grading machines

Forklift duties, including loading/unloading trucks and moving stock around the yard

Moving wet tiles into the kiln and transporting pallets from production to the yard

Assisting with general production, laboring and cleaning duties

Stacking pallets and handling finished products

What we’re looking for:
