Job summary

Mploy HR Group Pty Ltd – Fairfield East NSW is seeking a Machine/Batching Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing team. You will manage batching, measure ingredients, and maintain safety and GMP standards.

This casual on-going role offers PM shift hours (3:30 PM – 1:00 AM) with pay up to $45.02/hr plus Super. Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing, can handle 25 kg bags, and hold a forklift license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or batching (preferred).
• Experience with sanitization and GMP in a food production environment.
• Experience working around high-speed production lines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Available for immediate start.
• Forklift license is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare ingredients according to production requirements.
• Lift and handle ingredient bags weighing up to 25kg.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP procedures.
• Read production schedules and follow batch instructions.
• Support production and product changeovers.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Shift & Pay

PM Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM — $43.06/hr - $45.02/hr
