Job summary

Randstad is seeking a motivated plant operator in New South Wales to safely operate and maintain production machinery, including Moxy trucks and excavators. The role requires flexibility to work across shifts and Saturdays, with a strong emphasis on safety and independent work.

Ideal candidates will have a plant operator background with relevant tickets; White card, Silica, and Asbestos tickets are preferred. The position offers permanent opportunities and a clear path to permanency.

Qualifications

• White card and site tickets required.
• Experience operating heavy machinery and excavators.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
• Background as a plant operator with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain production machinery.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of fixed plant equipment.
• Carry out basic servicing tasks on fixed plant machinery.
• Work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
