Qualifications

• Experience in M&A tax, corporate tax or financial services tax.
• Strong technical, analytical and written communication skills.

• Ability to develop client relationships and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for working within a specialist boutique practice.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals.
• Advising on transaction structuring and associated tax implications.
• Providing corporate tax advice to funds, investment entities and portfolio companies.
• Assisting with fund structuring, restructures and ongoing tax matters.
• Preparing technical advice translating complex tax issues into practical recommendations.
• Working with senior advisers to support clients throughout the investment lifecycle.
