Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contracts administration, trade procurement, variation management, progress claims, and RFIs.
• Site coordination, QA/QC, and structural quality assurance on a high-end residential project.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Site Supervisor to deliver the $20M beachfront development.
