Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Luxury Property Cleaners to service high-end holiday properties along the central coast and lower Newcastle regions. This casual role offers a view to permanency with flexible hours and the chance to work on prestigious properties.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of residential cleaning experience, an exceptional eye for detail, and own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months cleaning residential properties.
• Excellent personal skills.
• Must have own reliable vehicle and driver’s license.
• Current police check required.
• Ability to work any day, day or night.
• Must be able to travel between properties in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean luxury holiday properties across the central coast and lower Newcastle regions.
• Change bedding, clean kitchens and bathrooms.
• Vacuum, dust, polish surfaces.
• Remove rubbish or belongings left behind.
• Work as part of a team and autonomously when needed.
• Travel between locations safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Luxury Property Cleaners

With over 50 properties in their portfolio, our client is looking experienced cleaners to join their team.

Duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Cleaning of high end luxury holiday properties throughout the central coast and lower Newcastle regions
• All facets of cleaning such as, changing bedding, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuuming, dusting, polishing
• Removal of any rubbish or belongings left behind
• Working as part of a team and also autonomously
• Driving from location to location in a safe and timely manner
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

As a luxury property cleaner, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

• A minimum 12 months cleaning residential properties
• A exceptional eye for detail
• Excellent personal skills
• Be easy going and willing to go that extra step
• Be able to work any day of the week, day or night

You must also have your own reliable vehicle & drivers licence.

A current police check will be a pre-requisite of this role.

Position will be casual with a view to permanency for the right people.$35-$40 per hour casual ASAP start
