Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Luxury Future Team Leader for our Queensland Luxury team. This full-time, hybrid role involves leading a high-performing sales team, driving customer service excellence, and meeting budget and P&L targets.

You will coach and develop team members, shape sales strategy, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional luxury travel experiences to discerning clients while enjoying flexible work arrangements.

To meet the demands of a changing market and create greater flexibility for our business and teams, we are expanding on the success of our existing remote businesses and we are looking for a Remote/Hybrid Future Team Leader for our Luxury Queensland team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team into the next phase of our journey while working from wherever inspires you most - work from home, in our global head office or both.

• Managing all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive team environment
