You will work hands‑on with luxury brands, including Ray‑Ban and Oakley, and help implement innovative eyewear technology while supporting career development across Australia’s retail network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams to achieve KPI targets.
• Experience guiding teams through product launches and changes.
• Strong customer service and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Direct daily store operations including rostering and stock control.
• Drive adoption of new products and technology.
