OPSM in Toowoomba Grand Central is seeking a passionate Retail Associate to guide customers through the eyewear journey—from initial consult and pre-testing to selecting and customizing high-fashion frames from luxury brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Gucci. You will help customers choose frames that best suit their lifestyle and ensure a premium buying experience.

• Retail experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
• A quick learner with a customer‑focussed mindset
