You will repair and restore luxury vehicles to Mercedes-Benz standards within a modern workshop, collaborating with experienced colleagues and benefiting from factory training and strong career development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater.
• Ideally, proven experience working with luxury or prestige automotive brands.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
• A commitment to delivering repairs to the highest standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
• Honest, reliable, and safety-focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting damaged vehicles and determining repair requirements.
• Dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicle panels and components.
• Repairing dents, structural damage, and body panels to manufacturer standards.
• Replacing and aligning damaged panels and components.
• Conducting final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
• Working closely with Spray Painters, Technicians, and workshop staff.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
• Adhering to Mercedes-Benz repair procedures and safety standards.
• Assisting with apprentice development and technical support where required.
