Job summary

Crossmark in Sydney’s NSW region seeks a passionate Visual Merchandiser to bring luxury showroom displays to life. You will design, style, and rotate stock, coordinating with showroom teams to ensure brand consistency across locations.

The role is casual, part-time (7–27 hours/week) with a driver’s licence and reliable car required for regional travel. Competitive hourly pay plus travel allowances, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Visual Merchandising experience in furniture, homewares, fashion, or high‑value retail sectors.
• Creative eye for design, color coordination, and spatial awareness.
• Practical ability to move, style, and assemble furniture for displays.
• Strong communication with sales teams and management to hit goals.
• Understanding of how merchandising drives sales and enhances the customer journey.
• Willingness to travel and adapt displays to different showroom layouts.

Responsibilities

• Showroom Presentation: Design, implement, and maintain visually striking displays that align with brand standards and seasonal trends.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure each showroom reflects luxury brand identity through layout, styling, and product placement.
• Collaboration: Work with showroom managers and sales teams to maximise floor space and support sales strategies.
• Stock Styling: Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to plan, position, and rotate stock effectively.
• Market Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Travel: Regularly visit showrooms across your region to provide hands-on styling and merchandising support.
