Job summary

Borg is seeking experienced B-Double Drivers to join our interstate fleet, operating modern trucks on long-distance routes. This is a full-time role with opportunities to travel between states and interact with customers.

Candidates must hold a current MC licence, have at least 2 years in MC driving, an excellent driving record, and strong time management skills. A pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Multi Combination (MC) truck licence.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an MC driving role.
• An excellent driving record.
• Experience in long distance driving.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive interstate trips in modern trucks, adhering to all road and safety regulations.
• Interact with customers during deliveries and pickups.
• Complete required paperwork and comply with company policies.
• Join a full-time interstate fleet with regular travel between states.

About The Role

Our Drivers are hard working and passionate about who we are and what we do. They enjoy driving a modern truck, getting out and about on the road, and interacting with our customers. Due to the expansion of our fleet we are currently seeking experienced B-Double Drivers to join our team to undertake interstate trips. These are full-time positions.

About You

To succeed in this role you will have:

• A current Multi Combination (MC) truck licence
• At least 2 years experience in an MC driving role
• An excellent driving record
• Experience in long distance driving
• Good geographical knowledge
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, drug and alcohol testing.
