Job summary

Infineon invites an intern to gain hands-on exposure in supply chain and logistics. You will contribute to customer experience improvements, daily operations, and digital transformation initiatives within a global semiconductor logistics context.

The role emphasises learning the Infineon Supply Chain landscape, working with SAP, and engaging with diverse stakeholders across Asia Pacific and Europe. 6 to 12 months, starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Academic exposure to Python, Tableau, or other programming languages is a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, and multitasking across projects with clear communication.
• Strong analytical abilities and proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects to address customer concerns and enhance service quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage improvements in daily operations to boost efficiency.
• Contribute to logistics and warehouse digitalization initiatives, including automation and system integration.
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of daily performance reports.
