• 2IC or pallet control experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Good data entry skills.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• Problem solving capabilities & computer aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Administration support and end to end management of all administration processes.
• Site Pallet control.
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, organise and manage meetings, presentations and events.
• Organise management meetings, agenda, minutes and action items and follow ups.
