Job summary

Aussie Locums is seeking an experienced locum sonographer for a Bundaberg hospital assignment. The role offers weekday-only hours, no weekends or on-call, and a varied ED-driven caseload using Canon Aplio 770 equipment.

You’ll work with a radiologist on site in a small, supportive team, with travel and accommodation support provided. ASAR registration is required, and assignments run 26 Jan–27 Feb with extension possible.

Qualifications

• ASAR registration is required to practice.
• Previous locum experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Experience working with ED-driven caseload is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ultrasound examinations across a varied ED-driven caseload.
• Manage your own appointment list with scheduling coordinated directly with you.
• Collaborate with on-site radiologists and operate in a well-supported department.
