Job summary

Qscan Group is seeking a Locum Sonographer to join our clinic in a rural community. The role offers imaging across MSK, General, Vascular, Small Parts and Obstetrics with a focus on patient-centred care. The clinic operates 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, and the locum is needed from 21 December to 8 January.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sonographer in General, Vascular, OB/GYN and/or MSK exams.
• Hold the appropriate qualifications in Sonography and possess current ASAR registration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to high-quality patient-centred care.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care, prioritising patient welfare and confidentiality in a rural community.
• Perform ultrasound examinations, producing images of the highest diagnostic quality across MSK, General, Vascular, Small Parts and Obstetrics.
• Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques and advancements.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a LocumSonographer who takes pride in patient care to join our team at ourclinic based inGoondiwindi, NSW as a Locum. We are looking for someone who is available from the21st December to 8th January. Our clinic operates Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.

Alpenglow is a radiology service specialising in regional, rural and remote areas, utilising the latest technology to provide a metropolitan level service to our communities.

Our clinic is an important part of this rural community. We recently moved into a purpose-built medical facility with a new fit out and equipment for Sonographers.

Our imaging practice at Young is well established, you will be joining our Sonography team who deliver services including MSK, General, Vascular, Small Parts and Obstetrics.

Key Responsibilities:
