Job summary

Locumco is urgently seeking a locum Pharmacist to cover a sole pharmacist role in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. The pharmacy dispenses ~140 scripts per day and uses the Fred Plus dispensing system. You will work with a junior pharmacist, performing Webster pack checks and handling limited vaccination duties.

Dates: Friday 13th November, 8.30am–6pm. Remuneration: $70/hr + Super, payment via ABN. Travel allowance: return travel $1.01/km from Gold Coast or Brisbane. White coat required.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist in NSW.
• Experience with dispensing systems and community pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Check Webster packs and ensure accuracy of dispensed medications.
• Handle minimal vaccinations and related requirements.
• Support Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) and leave certificates as needed.
• Ensure Cannabis regulatory compliance where applicable.
