Job summary

Aussie Locums is seeking a qualified Locum CT General Radiographer for our private practice client in the Blue Mountains, NSW. Roles available include part-time, full-time permanent, or casual engagements with generous hourly rates and accommodation/travel support.

The successful candidate will have ASAR registration, experience in General, Obs/Gyn, MSK and/or Vascular ultrasound, and be able to work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in regional Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in General ultrasound, Obs/Gyn, MSK and/or Vascular exams.
• Current ASAR registration required.
• Police check conducted within last 12 months.
• Correct working rights for Australia.

All about the role

As a qualified Sonographer with experience in General, Obs/Gynae, MSK, and/or Vascular examinations, along with current ASAR registration, you possess a genuine passion for driving positive change in patient outcomes. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to manage workload effectively to ensure prompt patient care are among your strengths

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality ultrasound examinations and procedures while maintaining a superior standard of patient care. We are looking for an individual who consistently strives for excellence in all aspects of their work.

The skills and experience I need for this job

Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate patient care as a priority, ensuring patient welfare and confidentiality.

• Perform ultrasound examinations to generate images of superior diagnostic quality.
• Assist the Radiologist with interventional procedures,
• Specialised scanning techniques, and complex ultrasound procedures.
• ASAR Registration
• 5 years’ experience, desired not essential
• Police check conducted within the last 12 months.
• Correct working rights for Australia.
