Job summary

Aussie Locums is seeking an experienced CT Radiographer for a private Toowoomba radiology practice. The radiologist is on site; no on‑call or weekend work. Start window: 15 January to 2 February 2024. The role offers regular Monday–Friday hours with stable, single-site work.

Salary is $55–$65 per hour plus superannuation, with travel and accommodation included. Applicants must have AHPRA, QLD Radiation Licence, and full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
• QLD Radiation Licence is required.
• Working rights to practice in Australia must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT and General Radiography within a multimodality team.
• Produce high‑quality CT scans using GE Optima equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and image quality across procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to support clinical workflow.

All about the role

This role will offer you regular hours, Monday to Friday hours, no weekends and no on call. You will also benefit from one place of work, no moving between sites. Plus, you will be supported by a genuinely friendly team. As an experienced CT Radiographer, you will have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience across a broad range of scans. They use GE Optima 64 Slice. The practice is small and busy, they are highly regarded and as such, they place a big emphasis on patient care and employee satisfaction.

The radiologist on site is very hands on, thorough and committed to training and development of the team.
