Job summary

The Finlay Group, based at our head office in Burpengary Qld, is seeking a Workshop Technician who is safety-conscious and works well in a small team. You will be involved in pre-delivery duties, preparing machines for hire or sale, and completing service reports via iPad.

Qualified trades with a Trade Certificate are required, and experience with screening and crushing machinery is highly regarded. A current driver’s license and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate in Mechanical Fitter, Diesel Fitter, or Cert IV is required.
• Experience with Terex Finlay screening and crushing machinery is highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to site safety, health and environmental procedures.
• Valid driver's license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery work on Terex Finlay machines and preparing them for hire or sale, including guards, lanyards and wear liner changes.
• Compile accurate service reports using an iPad.
