Job summary
Collins Transport Group – Eastern Creek NSW is seeking experienced MC drivers for local distribution. The successful candidates will perform local pickups and deliveries, loading/unloading with a forklift, and complete freight paperwork accurately.
AM start, Monday to Friday plus every second Saturday, with overtime opportunities. Applicants must hold a current MC licence and have 2+ years of MC driving experience, plus the ability to reverse B-Doubles into loading docks and to couple/uncouple
Qualifications
- Current MC licence
- 2+ years MC driving experience
- Ability to reverse B-Doubles into loading docks
- Ability to couple/uncouple trailers
- Experience with accurate freight paperwork
- Experience with multi drop pick-up/delivery
- Tug truck experience is preferred
- Experience with refrigerated transport is preferred
Responsibilities
- Local pickups/deliveries for Collins Transport Group
- Loading/unloading of trailers using forklift
- Accurate completion of freight paperwork
- Operate in a safe and efficient manner on local distribution routes
