Job summary

Coolway Trans is a family-owned, asset-based temperature-controlled freight company operating nationally across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. We are looking for an HR/HC Driver to join our Sydney team on the morning shift.

What we need: current HR/HC licence, temperature-controlled experience preferred, reliability and safety focus, and availability for morning shifts. Earn permanent or casual rates with daily meal allowances and modern fleet support.

Qualifications

• Current HR/HC licence.
• Temperature-controlled experience preferred.
• Reliable, safety-focused profile.
• Available for morning shift start.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR/HC vehicle on morning shifts.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and compliance with transport regulations.
• Communicate with Sydney operations for steady, national runs.
• Complete logs and reporting for vehicle and fleet performance.
