Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking LOCAL Blast and Paint Supervisors for our Goldfields branch. This casual role offers local and DIDO work, leading crews on projects including structural and tank refurbishments, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in supervision, a valid S26 certificate (or ability to obtain one), and proof of Right to Work in Australia. First Nations people and women are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only; police clearance required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (or capacity to obtain one).
• Proof of Right to Work in Australia and ability to pass a National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blast and paint crews on site.
• Coordinate with engineering to interpret project specs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all tasks.
• Review risk assessments and permits before commencing work.
• Conduct pre-start briefings and ensure crew readiness.
• Liaise between client representatives and crew to align scope and schedule.
