A reputable healthcare institution in Queensland is seeking a Loans Kit Coordinator responsible for overseeing and coordinating loan sets for surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in sterilisation techniques and be capable of ensuring timely preparation of surgical instruments. Employment Term: Full Time Opportunity Available
Remuneration: $36.47 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Buderim Hospital team
The Loans Kit Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, tracking and monitoring all loan sets that come into our hospitals either from loan companies or the surgeon's personal instruments.
Coordinate with the loan companies, sales representatives, surgeon's and the hospital theatre to ensure that all loan sets are delivered on time and contain all of the necessary instrumentation prior to the theatre requirements.
Ensure that all incoming loan sets are registered and checked by following the hospital procedure and completion of appropriate forms.
Maintain responsibility for ensuring that any loan sets received on the day of surgery or received for emergency surgery are fast tracked and management is advised of the process and progress of the set up.
Ensure that all implants are checked in manually or by using the Magellan.
Assist the CSSD department with sterilisation as required and directed.
