Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join the team at our Fairview Quarry, Banana QLD.

Operate and maintain the loader, perform pre-start checks, and contribute to safety and maintenance programs on site, with a 5/2 roster and potential weekend work.

Join a small on-site team and help uphold safety standards while supporting routine maintenance and daily operations at Banana QLD.

Qualifications

• White Card required.
• Valid drivers licence.
• RII tickets required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain loader as required with daily operations.
• Identify and report repairs and maintenance items.
• Optimise equipment without damaging it.
• Embrace and adopt safety culture on site.
• Assist in routine maintenance.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant.
• Participate in toolbox talks.

RGA are seeking an experienced and reliable Loader Operator to join the team at our Fairview Quarry, Banana QLD.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Operate and maintain loader as required with daily operations
• Identifying and reporting repairs and maintenance items
• Optimising equipment without damaging it
• Embrace and adopt safety culture
• Assist in routine maintenance
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
• Participate in daily toolbox talks
• Develop a thorough understanding of RGA WHS policies and procedures
• Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor
• 5/2 roster with weekend work available
