Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Mackay is seeking an experienced Load Coordinator to oversee outbound freight, load planning and inventory accuracy in a modern automation parts fulfilment centre. You will work with warehouse, transport and customer teams to ensure accurate, on-time dispatch and optimal load utilization.

The role offers a permanent Monday–Friday roster with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a leading Caterpillar dealership network.

Competenze

• Previous warehousing, dispatch or freight coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational skills under pressure.
• Strong communication with internal teams and carriers.
• Proficient with WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
• Forklift licence desirable.
