Job summary

National Workforce, in partnership with a global logistics leader, is seeking experienced LO Operators / Stock Pickers for a busy warehouse in Tullamarine. This role offers a Monday–Friday roster, day shift, overtime opportunities and immediate starts, with genuine career progression.

You will operate LO for high-level stock picking, stock replenishment, receiving/dispatch, and pallet wrapping, with a focus on safety, teamwork and reliability. An LO licence and warehouse experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid LO licence (essential).
• Minimum 1 year LO licence experience.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and reliable attitude.
• Excellent attention to safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate LO for stock picking and order preparation.
• Perform stock replenishment and putaways.
• Handle receiving and dispatch operations.
• Wrap and strap pallets as required.
• Assist with general warehouse duties.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures.
