Job summary

Manpower Australia is seeking a Storeperson / LO Forklift Operator in Dandenong South, VIC. The role is 60% LO forklift work and 40% pick packing, with ongoing Monday–Friday shifts and a pathway to permanent employment after six months. Immediate start and weekly pay are offered.

Responsibilities include accurate order picking, safe forklift operation, RF scanning, and general warehouse tasks within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LO forklift licence is required.
• Previous LO forklift operating experience is essential.
• Pick packing and RF scanning experience required.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
• Physical capability to lift 7–15 kg with team lifting for heavier items.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate LO forklift safely and effectively.
• RF scanning and inventory handling.
• Manual pallet wrapping.
• Loading, unloading and stock movement.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies.
