Job summary

Mondiale VGL Pty is seeking a hands-on warehouse team member in Victoria. The role starts as a casual with a pathway to permanency, requiring a current LO and LF forklift licence, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

You will handle container loading/unloading, dock operations, V3 scanning, forklift movement, and order picking, while upholding OHS standards and working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A current forklift LO and LF licence.
• Solid understanding of warehouse OHS standards and practices.
• Willingness to master V3 scanning with full training provided.
• Basic computer skills are a bonus and we will help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Container loading & unloading, working with unpack crew and leading when needed.
• Truck operations: loading and unloading to ensure shipments leave on time.
• V3 scanning: accurate freight in/out with barcode scanning for a paper trail.
• Forklift operation: using forklift licence to move stock safely across the floor.
• Order picking: locate and pick stock quickly to fulfil orders.
• Maintain safety: follow OHS practices and promote safe work among the team.
