Job summary

Monadelphous seek Piping Superintendents to join our Engineering Construction Division, working on a major oil & gas project on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role offers day or night shifts with a generous salary package and allowances, and point of hire flights from any capital city.

We require 5+ years in oil & gas LNG construction, with piping scope management in Australia, plus relevant piping qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in oil & gas as Superintendent on LNG projects.
• LNG construction project experience in Australia, managing piping scope.
• Trade qualification relevant to piping or higher qualification.
• Proof of right to work in Australia. Strong understanding of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Piping teams delivering works on site.
• Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
