Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is offering a 2027 Livestock Career Development Program in East Region, with locations in Mareeba and Roma, QLD. This 24-month program is entry level and on-site, starting February 2027, with permanent roles after completion.

You gain leadership, technical, and sales skills through workshops, mentoring, and real-world exposure in saleyard and branch settings. Participants will complete an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing, engage in mobility across locations, and

Qualifications

• Year 12 completed and readiness for learning in Livestock industry.
• Willingness to relocate during and after program.
• Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent resident; visa restrictions apply.

Responsibilities

• Gain skills and training to become a future Livestock leader or technical expert.
• Work in saleyard and branch environments with mentors.
• Complete an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing.
• Participate in four leadership and skill-building workshops.
• Receive on-the-ground training and ongoing support.
