Find A Babysitter is seeking a warm, reliable live-in housekeeper to support a busy family on Sydney's Lower North Shore. The position requires initiative, good organisation, and a willingness to drive the children to activities when needed.

Live-in aupair / housekeeper – Sydney North Shore

We’re looking for a warm, reliable and proactive person to join our family as a live-in housekeeper / family support person, starting within the next few months.

We have two daughters (aged 11 & 13), so this is not a traditional aupair role as they are becoming more independent. The main focus is helping us keep a busy family home organised and running smoothly.

Around 25–30 hours per week, with responsibilities including:

• General cleaning and tidying
• Laundry, ironing and changing bed linen
• Keeping the kitchen, pantry and fridge organised
• Grocery shopping and household errands
• Simple meal preparation / helping with dinner
• General household organisation and keeping on top of supplies
• Driving the girls to/from school or activities when needed
• Being an extra pair of hands around the house and with the girls
• Occasional help with our dogs – feeding, walking or helping out when we’re not around

We’re looking for someone who is organised, practical and happy to take initiative and who genuinely enjoys keeping a household running well.

Driving is essential and a car is provided. The role includes live-in waterfront accommodation in our home on Sydney’s lower North Shore.

We have had aupairs for many years and love them being part of the family. We’d love someone friendly and easygoing who can become part of the rhythm of our family while still having plenty of independence and their own time.
