Job summary

Sky Racing, part of Tabcorp, is seeking an MCR Operator to join the broadcast team in Sydney. You will coordinate, monitor, and support transmission networks to ensure on-time delivery of racing coverage across Australia.

You will operate TV and communications equipment in live environments, troubleshoot issues under pressure, and collaborate with production and technology teams to optimise performance and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern television broadcast systems and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of digital video, audio, and IP workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-pressure live environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing broadcast transmission signals
• Operate television and communications equipment across live broadcast environments
• Maintain technical quality standards across digital and linear channels
