PwC Australia’s Office of General Counsel invites you to join the Litigation, Regulatory and Counselling team. You will advise on regulatory-focused issues, assist with litigation, and provide practical legal solutions across business risk areas.

You’ll work with senior lawyers, risk and compliance teams, and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver impactful advice and maintain strong legal governance.

As a member of the Litigation, Regulatory and Counselling team within our Office of General Counsel (OGC),you will contribute to all aspects of managingregulatory and litigation matters. This will include advising on a broad range of regulatory-focused issues, statutoryobligationsand auditor breach reporting, as well asassistingwith general commercial litigation and other contentious matters. You will join a supportive in-house legal team, working closely with stakeholders across all areas and levels of theorganisationand applying your technicalexpertiseand strategic judgement to deliver practical, impactful advice.

What you’ll do:

Support senior lawyers on all aspects of regulatory matters.

What we’re looking for:

Core skills

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience from a law firm.
