Qualifications

• 3-4+ years' post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation or Insolvency.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine desire to continue developing your career within a collaborative, high-performing team.

The Opportunity

Working directly with experienced Partners, you will be entrusted with high-quality commercial litigation matters from the outset. You'll have direct client contact, strategic involvement in matters, and genuine responsibility, allowing you to accelerate your professional development while building long-term client relationships.

You will enjoy exposure to a broad range of complex disputes including:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Insolvency and restructuring
• Business and corporate litigation
• Property and leasing disputes
• Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
• Alternative dispute resolution, mediations and court appearances

About You
