Job summary

Camperdown Cellars is seeking friendly, reliable casual and part-time team members to join our eight Sydney stores. Regular, ongoing hours may be available with up to 30 hours per week for suitable candidates.

You will help customers with wine, beer, and spirits, create displays, and keep the store stocked and inviting. We value attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

Casual & Part-Time Opportunities

We can offer regular, ongoing hours, with flexibility depending on your availability and our store requirements.

For the right candidates, up to 30 hours per week may be available.

We're particularly interested in people looking for more than the occasional shift and who would value becoming a regular member of our store team.

Unlike the larger liquor retailers, you won't be a cog in the machine. You'll work closely with our managers and owner-operators and can genuinely contribute to the business.

Every day is different—whether you're recommending the perfect wine, helping a customer discover a new craft beer, building a premium display or learning directly from Australia's leading suppliers.

What you'll be doing

Previous retail, liquor, or hospitality experience is highly regarded, but it's not essential.

We're equally interested in finding people with the right attitude, reliability, willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Applicants with previous supervisory, assistant management or liquor retail experience are also encouraged to apply, with opportunities for greater responsibility available.
