Job summary

Lindsay Transport, part of the Lindsay Group, is seeking an experienced Driver in Australia to join our team. You will play a key role in transporting temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and distribution centres.

Responsibilities include safe driving, handling temperature-sensitive cargo, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with depot teams. A valid license and driving history are required; BFM is a plus. We offer a supportive, safety-first workplace.

Qualifications

• Current and valid driver licence.
• Previous Commercial Driving Experience detailed in your resume.
• Current BFM, preferred by not essential.
• A safe driving record, you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
• Well presented, professional and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
• Temperature Sensitive Freight – working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.
• Customer Service – Interacting with customers in a professional manner.
• Teamwork & Communication – Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.
• Good Work Ethic – Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go!
• Quality Checks & Control – Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.
